HORSEDOPPLER is owned and operated out of Seattle, Washington. The Racing Guide has been available since 1990 during the former Longacres Park in Renton. After the close of Longacres Park, the Racing Guide became available at "The Off Track" wagering facility in Tukwila until the Grand opening of Emerald Downs in 1996. The Racing Guide has been a popular favorite at Emerald Downs since its opening.

HorseDoppler.com is a Forecast Center for thoroughbred horse racing. It uses a private data base that is maintained daily to assure up to date and accurate information. We offer state of the art handicapping information for professional horseplayers and fans alike. The feet per second pace ratings are adjusted by surface condition and par times for better use from track to track.

The formula used in our WORKS column assures you an accurate current work rating for comparison to a race because it is based on works attained by at least 18 other horses on the same day at that same distance within a 16 day search. The reports are downloadable in a PDF format and they include entries with accurate saddlecloth numbers with all overnight scratches removed. BOLD font ratings help you spot hidden form by highlighting ratings achieved while the horse was either drawing away in a win or gaining ground down the stretch in a loss. The PURSE column helps you spot the purse value of each horses best and current ratings making it easy to spot horses dropping into a softer spot.
